Ice dams are the number one problem living in a cold climate, that is why we use Grace Ice and Water underlayment to prevent leaks from ice dams. We also use a premium underlayment or an upgraded synthetic underlayment called Titanium Paper as your secondary barrier.
Ventilation is also very important, we measure your attic space and calculate the proper ventilation needed to properly ventilate your attaic. We use Certaineed and Gaf shingles and offer a number of profiles and colors to choose from.
